D & A Services, LLC is currently seeking a full time entry level Data Analyst to join our Data Management team in Des Plaines, IL.

Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze multiple types of data files, identify issues, and make suitable adjustments
- Perform duties related to data exchange internally and externally with all clients and third party vendors; including client requests, report creation and certification
- Extract data and import into proprietary software and trouble shoot issues
- Reconcile inventory and balances across multiple portfolios and clients
- Maintain system log for efficient follow-up to inquiries
- Simultaneously handle multiple clients and / or job functions on a routine basis
- Document new and existing processes for reference, audits, and improvement
- Perform routine data cleanup and ensure data accuracy
- Support Management with other duties as assigned
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Understanding of the collection industry’s rules and regulations.
