D'Addario Auto Group is looking for a top notch experienced Sales Manager to lead a sales team to achieving objectives.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 (based on level of experience)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Hire and train new salespeople and hold them accountable to sales process
- Set individual sales goals and work with employees to support them in achieving their goals, hold staff accountable to achieve targets
- Hold or participate in sales training meetings
- Assist in planning annual and monthly departmental forecasts, staffing objectives, vehicle inventory & Dealer Trades
- Assist with ordering/acquiring vehicles for inventory
- Review sales reports to determine client needs and volume potential
- Develop, implement, and monitor a follow-up system for vehicle purchases
- Ensure that salespeople are informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including special sales
- Responsible for appraising, reconditioning, displaying, wholesaling and merchandising the product
- Serve as liaison between Sales Department and other departments
- Maintain strong CSI scores and have a customer centered approach to business
Job Requirements
- Proven sales management experience in the automotive industry
- Must be proficient in the use of a CRM and up to date technology
- Prior experience with VinSolutions is a plus but not required
- Prior experience with Reynolds Ignite a plus
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Great work ethic
- Must have superior closing skills
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license required
