We must have a strong Surgical Services senior leader for this assignment, someone who has been a Director for over five years. A stable work history is required. You must relocate to the Austin, Texas area. This is a 360 bed acute care hospital.
A Master's Degree is required and we must have an RN.
Vice President Surgical Services
Salary midpoint: $190,923
15% Director Bonus
Sign-On & Relo Bonuses are negotiable
The VP of Surgical Services acts as the facility lead for strategic growth in surgical services; working in collaboration with the Central West Texas Division recruiters and facility leadership. Accountable for the effective, efficient, and compliant operation of surgical services at NAMC and SDSH. Responsible for planning, directing, monitoring, coordinating, evaluating and continually improving the operation of surgical services, to include OR, pre/post, endoscopy, sterile processing, business office, scheduling, and analysts. Establish and maintain medical staff relationships; identify new business opportunities and focus on implementation of the strategic plan related to growth.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
