Baseball Instructor

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Baseball Instructor to join our team as an independent contractor. This role offers flexibility with no fixed schedule—you create your own hours! If you have your own clientele, that’s a plus, but we also provide assistance by finding and scheduling lessons for you.

As a Baseball Instructor, you’ll have the opportunity to teach players of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop their game while fostering strong relationships with both players and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively coach baseball players of all ages and skill levels, focusing on key fundamentals and overall game improvement.
• Interact with parents and establish solid, trusting relationships with both parents and players.
• Be punctual—arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled lessons. Time management is essential.
• Notify us as soon as possible in case of emergencies or scheduling changes.
• Develop and maintain a positive, supportive learning environment that keeps players motivated and focused on improvement.
• Ensure clear and open communication with both players and their families to monitor progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Collegiate playing experience preferred, or at least one year of coaching experience at the high school level or above.
• Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals and advanced techniques.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine love for the game of baseball and the desire to help others improve.
• Ability to manage time effectively, including arriving on time for scheduled lessons and keeping clients informed.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and their families.
