The front desk associate at D-BAT Solon will have the job responsibilities listed below:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign cages, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage reservations and update availability in the booking system
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Facility
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk associate or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Previous experience selling memberships ; not a requirement
- Knowledge of Baseball/Softball; not a requirement
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software applications (Word,Excel,etc)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
