Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer client questions and incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Schedule lessons and cage rentals efficiently.
- Assist with simple maintenance of pitching machines when needed.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the front office, parent lounge, cages, pro shop, and restrooms.
- Showcase your sales skills by promoting products, services, and memberships.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front desk representative or in a related position is preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills to create positive interactions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills to navigate any challenges that may arise.
