Key Responsibilities:
Employee Management:
•Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians and staff to achieve operational goals.
•Train new employees on company procedures, customer service standards, and technical skills.
•Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Operations and Inventory Management:
•Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
•Purchase and manage inventory to ensure vending machines are fully stocked and operational.
•Develop and implement strategies to optimize route efficiency and reduce costs.
Customer Relations and Sales:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
•Identify and pursue opportunities to sell vending services or expand accounts.
Reporting and Business Analysis:
•Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, sales, and operational performance to assess the state of the business.
•Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the vending, retail, or logistics industry.
