We are looking for a dynamic and driven Vending Technician/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vending machine company. This is a multifaceted role that requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional who can effectively manage employees, ensure operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Management:

•Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians and staff to achieve operational goals.

•Train new employees on company procedures, customer service standards, and technical skills.

•Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operations and Inventory Management:

•Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.

•Purchase and manage inventory to ensure vending machines are fully stocked and operational.

•Develop and implement strategies to optimize route efficiency and reduce costs.

Customer Relations and Sales:

•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

•Identify and pursue opportunities to sell vending services or expand accounts.

Reporting and Business Analysis:

•Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, sales, and operational performance to assess the state of the business.

•Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the vending, retail, or logistics industry.

•Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.

•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Solid understanding of inventory management and operational efficiency.

•Strong customer service and sales abilities with excellent communication skills.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable using business management software.

•Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
