We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Bakery. As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations, leading a team, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for inventory management, financial oversight, and maintaining the high standards our bakery is known for.
Responsibilities:
As a store manager:
- Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, ensure product availability, and maintain stock levels.
- Monitor store performance, sales, and profitability to meet targets.
- Handle employee scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including cash handling and register reconciliation.
- Implement store promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Report to upper management regarding store performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
