Franchise Bakery Store General Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Bakery. As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations, leading a team, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for inventory management, financial oversight, and maintaining the high standards our bakery is known for.

Responsibilities:

As a store manager:

• Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, ensure product availability, and maintain stock levels.
• Monitor store performance, sales, and profitability to meet targets.
• Handle employee scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee daily financial transactions, including cash handling and register reconciliation.
• Implement store promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
• Report to upper management regarding store performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
