Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the bar and lounge teams, including bartenders, servers, hosts, security, and support staff, creating an environment of teamwork and excellence.

Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring they understand service expectations, safety standards, and brand values.

Create a positive and engaging work culture that promotes staff retention, motivation, and performance.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak nightlife hours.

Experience:

Proven experience as a General Manager, Bar Manager, or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume bar, lounge, or nightclub environment.
