Responsibilities
- Monitor account list for accurate and timely renewal of policies while actively trying to round and cross sell.
- Aggressively quoting new business opportunities.
- Assisting with applications, prepare renewals, and issuing Certificates of Insurance as requested.
- Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Obtain and ensure current and accurate information and document it per agency standards.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner in all communications, including telephone, email and in person.
Requirements
- 3-5 years insurance experience, independent agency experience a plus.
- AMS 360 experience preferred.
- Computer and technical proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Property and Casualty License.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred .
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
