Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Construction Estimator role located in Somerset, KY. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for tasks such as construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting on a day-to-day basis.

- Cost Management and Budgeting skills
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
- Experience with construction software such as Procore or Bluebeam is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
