Role Description
- Full-time estimator role located in Somerset, KY
- The estimator will be responsible for tasks such as construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting on a day-to-day basis
Skills
- Construction estimating and quantity take-offs skills
- Cost management and budgeting skills
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices.
- Experience using estimating software such as Bluebeam and Procore
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $69,296.00 - $75,949.00 per year
