What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate (Lab-packaging) position at D & D Accounting Services, LLC?
Position Summary The Production Associate / Lab Packaging performs functions including trimming, grinding, packaging, labeling, and recordkeeping.
This position is an entry-level position and is responsible for rotating between a limited number of functional areas.
Responsibilities & Duties Follows instructions given by the manager.
Gathers, arranges, and sorts materials.
Processes materials into finished goods.
Performs quality control checks and ensures uniformity.
Packages finished goods in store-ready packaging.
Maintains accurate labeling of all items, SRPs, and batches.
Produces the required quantity of product within established timeframes and specifications.
Maintains production logs, inventories, documentation, and reports.
Maintains compliance with Company SOPs and state regulations.
Ensures the work area is kept in clean and safe condition.
Actively contributes to maintaining a safe work environment by following applicable safety procedures, wearing appropriate PPE, and reporting injuries, near misses, and hazards to management.
Behaves in a manner that is positive, productive, cooperative, and encourages teamwork.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Cannabis or production / manufacturing experience preferred.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.

Workplace Environment Warehouse / production facility environment with environmental controls Consistent moderate background noise level due to machinery and HVAC Exposure to keef / dust and cannabis odor Exposure to skin contact with plants, to which some individuals may be allergic (PPE provided) Insa is an E-Verify participant.
