D&D Concrete and Utilities, Inc. is hiring a Payroll and HR Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Weekly Prevailing Wage Payroll
- Create and send Certified Payroll Reports
- Pay Weekly Payroll Taxes, File Quarterly and Annual Payroll Tax Returns
- Process New Hires
- HR functions related to benefits, compliance, and employee record maintenance.
- Assist with audits and reporting related to payroll.
Must have Experience with Payroll Processing, Human Resources, Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Must pay great attention to detail. Experience with Boli Prevailing Wage payroll is a plus!
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm
- Casual environment in Canby, Oregon
- Must be okay with owner's office dogs
- Background check is required if hired
Paid employee health, dental and vision Insurance after probationary period.

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 β 40 per week
