Required Skills/Experience
- 5 years minimum with facility maintenance and/or commercial overhead door (OHD) company
- Experience with hollow-metal doors (HMDs) is desirable
- We are looking for commercial Overhead Door technicians who also have experience with dock levelers, Hollow Metal Doors (HMDs), and controlled access products.
Pay & Benefits
- $24-$34 / hr depending on experience

Essential Job Duties:
- Install all types and sizes of commercial doors, dock levelers, speed doors, rolling steel doors utilizing ladders, genie lifts, scissor and ariel lifts as needed.
- Ability to drive vehicle with a 25 ft. trailer attached.
- Inspect job sites, assessing materials/scope of work, side room or other conditions to determine appropriateness of date for a given location.
- Adjust all door types to open or close and make simple adjustments to electric openers.
- Repair or replace worn or broken gate parts, using hand & power tools.
- Measure and service of a variety of gate sizes, utilizing proper techniques, left or right movement in an upward motion of arm.
- Climb ladders/platform lifts ranging in height from 6 ft. to 30 ft., utilizing a safety belt.
- Complete required paperwork, such as work orders, according to services performed or required.
- Assemble and fasten structures, utilizing impact wrenches or welding equipment.
- Order replacement parts, sections as needed.
- Maintenance and lubricate doors as needed.
- Collect payment upon job completion when required.
Salary : $24 - $34
