Job Title: Fleet Coordinator
Full Time: Monday - Friday
$20-$25 / hr
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to assist the Fleet Maintenance Manager with day-to-day operations related to the business and vehicle fleet management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Fleet Maintenance Manager in day-to-day operations related to fleet vehicles.
Set up and manage fuel card accounts for fleet vehicles.
Review, approve, and send fuel receipts to AP.
Establish and maintain Sun Pass accounts for toll management on fleet vehicles.
Coordinate vehicle registrations, renewals, and insurance cards.
Maintain up-to-date records for all fleet-related documentation.
Assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Communicate with vendors, mechanics, and service providers to ensure proper service is received.
Assist in processing and tracking invoices for fleet services and supplies.
Prepare and maintain reports, including fuel usage, maintenance logs, and supply inventories.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher preferred).
Previous experience in office administration or fleet management support is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high paced environment.
Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of fleet management processes and vehicle maintenance is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (for handling supplies and inventory).
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work at a computer.
