JOB SUMMARY
To facilitate the purchase and installation of gates and related systems to all customer groups. These customer groups include, but may not be limited to, Home Builders, Home Renovators, Construction Companies, Retail Customers and any and all types of accounts in the market for a new gate system or component. It is the duty of the Outside Sales Department to ensure that all stages of these orders in which they are responsible are handled in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate quotes, ensuring that solutions are tailored to their requirements. Be responsive in presenting offers and clarifying any details to help the client make informed decisions.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust, integrity, and reliability. Become a trusted advisor that clients can count on for advice, solutions, and support.
- Demonstrate high levels of motivation and self-discipline. Set and achieve ambitious goals, holding yourself accountable for meeting targets and deadlines without constant supervision.
- Act swiftly on incoming leads and consistently follow up with potential clients. Be proactive in pursuing opportunities and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Continue nurturing the relationship even after the sale, offering continued support, addressing questions, and ensuring that the client is satisfied throughout the entire process until the deal is closed.
- Stay engaged with the client during their decision-making process, providing them with the necessary information, addressing concerns, and guiding them to a confident purchase decision.
- Exhibit a relentless drive to reach your highest potential, pushing yourself to exceed both individual and team sales goals.

Travel:
- Daily travel is required, via motor vehicle, to visit customers and jobsites. The Outside Sales Team needs to be able to drive long distances and move in and out of a vehicle multiple times daily.
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in building and managing client relationships.
- A strong understanding of the sales process and techniques.
