Floor Crew Supervisor

Currently hiring for FT Floor Crew/Special Projects Supervisor

Reports to our office in ALBION on a daily basis.

Work is conducted primarily on 2nd shift, M-F, but candidates must have the flexibility to work other shifts as needed, including weekends (rare), dependent on the needs of the customer.

This job is perfect for you if you have strong leadership and decision making capabilities, like learning new things and enjoy doing a variety of different tasks in a variety of different facilities.

The floor/special projects crew is responsible for:

Stripping/finishing, scrubbing, and burnishing floors

Prepping and Refinishing gym floors

Kaivacing/scrubbing bathrooms

Construction and top/down cleans

Janitorial Fill In

Windows

Other projects as assigned

The successful Floor Crew/Special Projects Supervisor will possess:

Strong leadership skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to problem solve and work through issues

Ability to delegate tasks and ensure quality control

A valid driver's license is required.

Must have strong leadership skills

Must be able to evaluate what is needed and then execute your plan

Must have positive attitude and good communication skills

Must be able to work independently

Must have a desire to please the customer

Must pass criminal background check and drug screen

The successful Floor Crew/Special Projects Lead will possess:

Must be reliable
