FULL-TIME FRONT OFFICE/ PRACTICE MANAGER NEEDED FOR GENERAL DENTAL PRACTICE

Required duties include:
Greeting and welcoming patients
Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.
Insurance verification, billing and collections
Presentation of treatment plans.
Arrange in house discount plans
Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time
General office management and oversight
Maintaining an upbeat environment and and motivating the staff
Act as the technical support liaison.
PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
Good knowledge of Dental Insurance
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years work experience in dentistry
Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus
Interpersonal
Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members and community
Effective verbal skills to communicate with patients
Must have at least two years of Dental experience
