Accountant Entry Level

Cincinnati-based d.e. Foxx & Associates is seeking an entry level accountant.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

· Responsible for preparing and reviewing auditing Insurance Invoices for accuracy and proper coverages.

· Reviewing and reporting payroll tax reports for timely filing. Also, other tax returns as they arise.

· Assist in preparation of monthly journal entries.

· Reconciliation of GL accounts for proper balance and support

· Assist with bank reconciliation and reporting.

· Participate in preparation, review, and approval of payroll, both weekly and bi-weekly functions

· Other tasks as assigned by Controller.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related degree

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent time management, scheduling and organizational skills

· Ability to work under tight timelines and schedules

· Ability to work independently.

· Advanced Excel and other office applications
