Description of Duties:
Mow, Trim, Blow properties, weed, trim shrubs, mulching and light landscaping work
Insure customer rating 9 out of 10
Complete paperwork fully, on time and Legible
Complete daily chores as outlined
Properly use PPE safety equipment during work hours
Show up on time with excellent attendance
Run routes, safely, efficient, quality driven
Work variable weather conditions, hot, cold, rain, snow, wind, etc Work snow services during the winter
2-3 Year operating mowing equipment/Walk behind
1 Year mixed light landscaping experience
Ability to maintain professional customer relationships, work as a team self motivated, lift objects of 60 lbs throughout the day
Run and operate operate different types of small equipment
Listening and adjusting to variable weather conditions
Be on time with great attendance
Skills and requirements
Clean valid drivers license and Chauffer endorsement
45-55 Hours per week
Year end performance Bonus
High school diploma completed
