We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our team. Responsibilities
- Operate drilling rigs and associated heavy equipment on construction sites.
- Execute horizontal drilling operations for pipeline installations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling projects effectively.
- Maintain drilling equipment, including water trucks and tankers, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project specifications.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best drilling methods based on soil conditions and project requirements.
- Document daily activities, including progress reports and equipment maintenance logs.
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in drilling applications.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety standards.
- Experience with pipeline installation and horizontal drilling techniques is highly desirable.
- Valid commercial driving license preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with crew members and project managers.
