QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with hitting benchmarks and working off of bonuses would be preferred but isn't required. You need to be a quick thinker who can mold your sales strategies to fit individual preferences. • 2 years of sales experience

As a Customer Service and Phone Sales Rep, you ensure our customers have a positive experience with our company. You respond to emails, process proposals, file documents, and whatever else is needed to ensure another successful day.

Whenever possible, you promote additional services to our customers and explain to them why our company has the answers they're looking for. Additionally, you dispatch our field techs to scheduled jobs, strategically assigning work based on skill set and availability.
