A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER

This customer service position typically works day shifts. We are seeking applicants with weekend availability.

As a Dispatcher, you play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible customer service. You are responsible for excellent customer communication, top routing and prioritizing efficiency and revenue with every call scheduled . With your quick thinking and excellent organizational skills, you provide guidance and support to our team of dispatchers who spend most of their day on the phone speaking with customers, scheduling service calls, and dispatching our plumbers to job sites. D&F is requiring hands on, high energy and engagement and cohesiveness and harmony with team members and customers. Need to have a great report yet skill in directing techs. Must attain top level efficiency in every job set.. This is a high level, fast pace position that expects serious dispatch, management and people skills to keep each day running smoothly.

Requires excellent communication skills, proficient audits on all jobs and calls and ensures that the message to the field and customers are clear and compelling. Your diligent efforts result in more booked calls and more business for our company. A go-getter, you step in to field calls whenever you are needed, and you ensure that we have enough staffing during our busy season.A true team player that thrives in helping our whole team succeed.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A DISPATCHER?

• 2 years of experience in a similar position

• must have a good eye for detail

• must be able to audit jobs and software process effectively

• Experience using ServiceTitan

• Knowledge about industry

• attention to detail

• Experience scheduling a service team by best man on best job and most efficient route

• Computer and typing proficiency

• proficient communication with customers and field techs

• must understand revenue and have leadership skills

• must be positive, motivating, quick to solve problems

• must take initiative and jump in where needed
