Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s demanding schedule, ensuring time is allocated effectively across strategic priorities.
- Anticipate needs, prepare briefings, and follow through on critical action items to keep initiatives on track.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communication between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate board meetings, investor presentations, and high-stakes negotiations with precision and discretion.
- Partner with the CEO to drive key projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely execution.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Implement systems and tools to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration.
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, optimizing productivity for the CEO and team.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, vendors, and facilities, ensuring a professional and efficient environment.
- Assist in researching potential business opportunities or partnerships and support business development efforts.
- Handle personal scheduling, travel planning, purchases, RSVPs, and document organization.
- Manage prescriptions, errands, and personal communications with discretion.
- Exercise the highest level of confidentiality in managing both personal and professional matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, and industry leaders as a professional ambassador for the CEO.
- Represent the CEO in meetings or events when needed, ensuring alignment with the firm’s vision and values.
- Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, agreements, and records critical to the firm's operations.
Education & Responsibilities:
- Experience: 5 years supporting C-suite executives, preferably in private equity, commercial real estate, or finance.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute flawlessly under pressure.
- Savvy: A knack for navigating complex business landscapes and maintaining discretion in sensitive matters.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM platforms.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with shifting demands.
- Communication: Polished verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to represent the CEO and firm professionally.
Salary : $70,000 - $115,000
