Duties
- Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Conduct groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, edging, and weeding.
- Execute lawn care activities such as fertilization, aeration, and pest control.
- Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and groundskeeping practices.
- Familiarity with lawn care methods.
- Experience with landscape installs.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work at an offsite location.
- Ability to drive a company vehicle and equipment.
- A clean driver's license.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
