Are you highly motivated and enjoy working with numbers? D&G is currently seeking an experienced Billing and Accounts Payable person to join our work family. The qualified candidate will have a solid work ethic and excellent communication skills. We require proficiency and accuracy in all duties performed. An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is key. Our open office environment promotes team work for success.

Primary responsibilities:
- Create and submit invoices with accuracy
- Process payments to Owner Operators and Outside carriers
- Pay incoming invoices on time throughout the month
- Effectively communicate with co-workers, owner operators, and customers
- Possess organization skills to maintain filing and accessibility
- Work collaboratively with all departments
- Answer phone calls within the department
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in accounting
- Previous background in billing, accounting, or similar related role
- Experience with Microsoft Office (excel).
- Knowledge of the transportation industry is helpful!
