The SmartNet & Subscription Specialist serves as an extension of the vendor and is responsible for educating and enabling the sale of Cisco products, programs, services, and subscriptions to authorized Cisco resellers. The Specialist is responsible for leveraging their expertise, along with collaborating with other members of the D&H Cisco Business Unit, to build, position, and sell new and advanced solutions, programs, and services. They will also be expected to participate in reseller sales calls with D&H wider sales organization to successfully sell and promote Cisco products, services, and subscriptions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Consulting and invoicing of Cisco services products.
- Continuous training and understanding of Cisco programs and pricing.
- Provides sales resources to peers and resellers as a Cisco subject matter expert.
- Maintains consistent communication regarding vendor initiatives to further grow profitable business.
- Quoting new and renewal subscription opportunities
- Phone queue and shared inbox support
- Collaborate with Cisco Account Manage ment team(s) on opportunities and deals.
- Explaining quoting and invoicing to resellers
- Proration math/calculation skills
- Knowledge of CCW and CCW-R
- Access/Use Cisco Subscription Workbench via CCW
- Invoicing: retrieval of batched invoices/ SmartSheet
- Proactive renewal tracking and quoting (30/60/90 day renewal opportunities)
- CCA: keying orders and managing billing practices.
- Part/SKU creation
- Ongoing training
Education
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales position.
- Knowledge of Cisco products
- Knowledge of Cisco.com tools
