We are looking for a Senior Operations Program Manager, based out of our high-volume, Newnan, GA Distribution center; responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance across the network for large clients within our Supply Chain Services group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, process optimization, financial, as well as relationship building and communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), and driving continuous improvement while fostering a strong, strategic partnership with the customer and the organization.

About the Role:
This role has four focus areas outlined below: Operational Leadership & Performance Management; Customer Relationship Management; Financial & Budget Management; and Team Leadership & Development. In addition to these focus areas, they will need to be able to understand and have the ability to step in and help in other areas up to and potentially including managing the overall facility if the need arose.
Operational Leadership & Performance Management
This individual will oversee all aspects of their accounts’ distribution and logistics operations, ensuring seamless execution of warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation functions. They will be responsible for driving operational excellence by implementing best practices, optimizing workflows, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and agreed to service levels. They will use tools like using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, quality and delivering an incredible customer experience. They will monitor and develop key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory management (PI responsibilities), internal process audits, FEFO requirements, and cost controls, ensuring all SLAs and contractual commitments are met or exceeded. They will do all of this while still ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures
Customer Relationship Management
The successful individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer(s), ensuring alignment with their operational growth and needs along with understanding their business goals and objectives. They will need to both build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders of the account, proactively addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for value-added services, new product launches, seasonal volumes, special promotions, etc.
They will conduct regular business reviews with the customer (QBR’s), providing performance insights, operational updates, and strategic recommendations.
They will collaborate with SCALE (Supply Chain Services) team to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and a positive customer experience.
Financial & Budget Management
The Senior Operations Program Manager will manage budget, financial planning, and cost controls for the account, ensuring operational expenses align with financial targets. They will focus on being cost conscious. They will also analyze volume forecast and operational reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive profitability.
Team Leadership & Development
This Senior Manager role will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. They will set clear performance expectations and requirements, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations. They will do this all while promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring all Co-owners adhere to workplace safety protocols. In addition, they will ensure all Co-owners are knowledgeable and proficient in all assigned job tasks by completing and documenting all training requirements.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Be available in work locations to assist as needed and resolve issues as required.
- Regularly communicate with the facility management on issues that arise and be able to react as required.
- May operate motorized equipment (pallet jack, forklift, order picker, reach truck, etc.)
- Other related duties as assigned.
