Manages and Maintains Forecast, Inventory Control and Client Ordering of Supply Chain Management Services (SCMS). Consults the SCMS Director and recommends forecasting and inventory management solutions to meet the client's needs. Creates and submits daily and weekly Induction Documents to client. Reviews and compares forecast data to sales data and communicates recommendations to SCMS Director and Client. Manages and processes Client orders to meet daily SLA requirements.

Responsibilities
- Owns creating and updating Induction Documentation.
- Manages forecast to sales data.
- Consults SCMS team on inventory recommendations.
- Manages and oversees Client order processing.
- Daily customer reporting—shipping, receiving, inventory reports.
- Daily order processing for overnight orders.
- Manage emails and participate in customer and internal calls—answer questions, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other in-house programs. o 1-3 years of administrative office experience. EOE
