Fence Installer/Laborer

Job Summary
We are based out of Colfax Washington and are seeking a motivated, hard working individual to join our team. We will primarily be working near Lewiston Idaho for the next several months. No previous fencing experience is required, but experience in construction, agriculture, or a similar field is a plus. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Work is 100% outdoors in varying terrain. Duties

• Install primarily barb wire fencing
• Utilize power tools and hand tool
• Conduct heavy lifting and physical labor as required during installations.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks as needed to prepare sites for installation.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and working on construction sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in fence installation or related construction fields is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the day.
• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week

Compensation Package:

• Hourly pay
• Overtime pay

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
