DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire an Administration Coordinator to join our Training and Development Team in Olathe, KS! The Admin Coordinator should have strong Microsoft Excel skills along with the ability to learn new systems quickly. If you have strong communication skills, are a self-starter, and are proficient with Excel, this would be a great position for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Learning Management System Administrator: Manage media library and organization structure, upload and categorize content, data preparation and upload into LMS, QC of content and webpages, audit of current processes and procedures, research of 3rd party and vendor provided training. IT support for system bugs and employee questions. Update documentation of LMS processes.
- Employee Training Assignments: Build relationships with Subject matter experts and determine how LMS Training content can be structured and assigned through the LMS to meet employee needs. Coordinate e-mail reminders, audit employee progress, and reporting.
- Academy/Hands-on-Training Classroom scheduling: Coordinate instructor/attendee logistics, order materials, room preparation, etc.
- Additional Administrative Support: Schedule/track certifications training, run reports, manage SharePoint sites, schedule presentations, travel, and material preparation, and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred
- Administrative office experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer-centric perspective
- Self-starter, positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Work strongly independently and enjoys a small team environment
