DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Corporate Trainer who will develop, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs using an array of creative approaches. You will conduct employee training and collaborate with management as a resource to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site/virtual classroom training and one-on-one support related to DH Pace’s ERP systems, processes, and process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as process expert and trainer related to ERP system(s) and processes, etc.
- Create and maintain training documentation related to ERP system(s) and processes in accordance with Company standards.
- Work with Corporate departments, Local Market Operations, and other business areas to prioritize and deliver training and documentation aligned with the ERP timeline and objectives.
- Utilize ERP system(s), SharePoint, LMS, and other technology to communicate standardized processes and procedures.
- Seek out and leverage feedback received related to system improvements, training needs, and gaps in documentation.
- Coordinate surveys and other communication initiatives to capture training quality and impact.
- Provide ongoing education in-person or through online systems to address pain points, enhancements, process changes, audit findings, and more.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and previous teaching or training experience preferred; An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and interest in continuous process improvement
- Must be open to travel as necessary
