Overhead Door Company of St Louis™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative in St. Louis, MO! We are seeking customer-focused candidates who have excellent communication and technical skills. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity at DH Pace Company! Position Overview :
- Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately using a pleasant, professional demeanor.
- Work with the customer to understand their need and schedule appropriate service.
- Perform a wide variety administrative and office support activities for the department / division by utilizing various software platforms.
- Data entry to include creating, reviewing, and comparing job ticket information.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, with some Saturdays.
