DH Pace Company, Inc., in Olathe, Kansas, is hiring Commercial Systems Integration Service Technicians with a strong interest in CCTV, Access Control and / or Intrusion Systems and some experience working with electrical systems. Responsible for learning proper Onsite Installation & Service in the KC Metro Area; on occasion given opportunity to work in other cities, i.e., Wichita, St. Louis, etc. Technical field position, looking for mechanically inclined candidates!
Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
Position Overview :
- Installation of Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems
- Interact with Customers, Vendors, and other Contractors onsite to properly coordinate successful service and installations
- Drive to jobsites per daily schedule to assess customers’ service / repair needs and complete repairs of the products to customers’ satisfaction and timely complete service documentation
- Ensure that all job tickets and time sheets are accurately completed, signed and submitted to ensure all tickets are processed in a timely manner and all time sheets reach the payroll department by deadlines
