This individual will perform high-volume billing functions and administrative tasks. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview :
- Provide customer service for Overhead Door Company of Nashville™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. by answering a large volume of inbound calls - identifying the type of call, type of problem, and then scheduling the service appointment
- Gathering information from the customer to ensure accurate billing
- Promoting products, services, and quote accurate pricing when appropriate
- Entering detailed information in the service ticket that allows the dispatcher to send a qualified technician to the job site
- Assisting with various administrative projects
- Other duties will be assigned
