Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Will learn to effectively manage employee performance, control labor and material costs and ensure service levels meet customer expectations.
- Dispatch technicians and / or installers to customer job sites for installation needs and track jobs for completion to customers’ satisfaction.
- Perform employee performance reviews, document performance issues, provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans.
