DH Pace Company Inc., in Olathe, KS, is now hiring for a great opportunity in our Marketing Department as a Programmer Analyst. As a Member of the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of solutions that resolve business issues, and you will assist in the development and maintenance of our numerous websites.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages, updates, troubleshoots and optimizes all (80 ) DH Pace Company websites.
- Creates all new DH Pace websites on our current WordPress platform.
- Works closely with DH Pace’s Information Technology group on all website, DNS, url and eCommerce activities.
- Consult with the Digital Marketing team around all needs, website updates, content, SEO, PPC, forms and new functionality.
- Develops and implements business solutions. Evaluates business processes, workflow, database requirements, user requirements and existing business application functionality.
- Creates roadmap for website development, analytics, data and SEO strategies for all DH Pace companies and brands.
- Coordinate with external vendors/agencies to ensure alignment with marketing goals and platform optimization.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies, standardizing approaches and optimizations within digital marketing. Evaluates existing applications and systems. Recommends improvements or modifications utilizing current technologies and techniques.
- Anticipates the Company’s needs, evaluates requirements, and devises innovative solutions. Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Able to work independently to manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Two or more years of experience managing, designing and developing website solutions/systems
- Must work well in a team environment
Required Software Knowledge:
- Word Press and Google analytics
Preferred Software Knowledge:
- WP Engine, Adobe Commerce, SharePoint, Trust Index, Ahrefs or comparable SEO tools, Looker Studio, Google Ads, CSS, Unit testing frameworks
