Job Description

Here's a glimpse into some of your day-to-day responsibilities:
· Identify invoicing discrepancies and resolve invoicing issues promptly.
· Coordinate with other departments to verify services and details.
· Research and update spreadsheets/customer portals as required.
· Prepare and issue invoices to customers per contract, utilizing multiple billing platforms
The requirements for this role:
· Maintain electronic records of all invoices
· Experience with invoicing systems and processes
· Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills
· Customer service
· Ability to solve problems independently/strong research skills
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Familiarity with computer programs and software such as Microsoft Excel
