Your Responsibilities
- Leadership and build/optimize of the Trade support, material planning, and demand planning teams within North America.
- Define, implement and ensure an optimum exchange of information within the NA division and within all the interfaces (both internal and external).
- Support SAP system planning processes standardization and maintaining master data integrity.
- Interact with Sales and forecasting team on the demand side
- Able to conduct S&OP monthly meetings if/when necessary; and develop an S&OP process across regions and Bus.
- Continuously standardize and optimize processes and organizational structures and initiate corresponding measures, ensuring continuous improvement in the entire area of responsibility.
- Ensuring that Short-Term Planning balances the demand requirements across the network optimally.
- Implement concepts for global expansion and optimization of production capacities.
- Responsible for monitoring of all MRP Planning activities being driven by the raw material planners to ensure RM availability while ensuring cash flow/inventory targets are being maintained (managing execution).
- Perform monthly inventory obsolescence review & ensure right assessment of risk (Making decisions).

- Maintain monthly supply chain reporting such as but not limited to; Exceptions report (used by warehouse, quality and manufacturing), In-transit report (produced for finance), Inventory Summary report (being informed & providing consultation), Planner performance report (being informed & providing consultation), Vendor performance report (being informed & providing consultation)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field
- At least 5 years’ professional experience in production planning, scheduling, materials management in food manufacturing
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, BW)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Ability of manage multiple complex tasks to completion
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels with in organization
- 50% travel and the ability to manage and lead teams remotely
