Job Description:
- RN Charge Nurse / Nursing Supervisor – Emergency Department.
- Positions available are full-time and will work 12-hour Night shifts
Under general supervision, assists Manager in overseeing and directing clinic activities and personnel on assigned shift in order to ensure high quality patient care. Determines work priorities, provides assessments, plans, and coordinates patient care. Regularly performs duties of a Registered Nurse. Assist in marketing information and community and leadership involvement for the clinic. Serves as resource person for program personnel in resolving operational and patient care problems.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
· Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
· Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
· 3 years RN clinical experience in acute care setting.
· 6 months recent clinical experience with mental health and wellness patients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree Nursing.
Coursework/Training LPS trained.
1 year Experience in a leadership role, preferably within a behavioral health setting.

Do you have a minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role (Relief Charge or Charge RN experience) in a hospital setting?
Ideal Candidate:
Active CA Nursing License
- 3 recent years RN experience in Acute Care/ Hospital Setting
- 2 recent years RN experience dedicated in Emergency Department in an Acute Care/ Hospital Setting
- Minimum 6 months of RN experience in a Leadership role in an Acute Care/ Hospital Setting.
- Able to work rotational weekend and holiday as needed
