Role Objective
This is a full-time on-site role for a MRO Marketing & Operations Manager at D-J Engineering Inc. in Augusta, KS. D-J Engineering is looking to grow the Repair Station's portfolio of products capitalizing on the unique parts manufacturing capabilities. Marrying the two sides of the company provide unique capabilities that sets D-J Engineering apart from most other MRO companies. This position will oversee the marketing strategies necessary to grow the Repair Station while also overseeing day to day operations.

- Marketing and Analytical Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A&P license preferred
- PMA / STC experience is a plus
