What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Siding Installer position at D&K Construction, LLC?
We are looking for a Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation of various types of material and be able to provide guidance and support to junior installers. The Lead Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed in a timely manner and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, team members and other employees.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain a variety of home exterior materials, including but not limited to; hardie, LP and vinyl siding, soffit, fascia and rain gutter.
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
- Test and inspect systems for proper functioning.
- Perform routine maintenance on systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems as needed.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.

Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for installation tasks
- Strong background in construction and roofing
- Experience with construction estimating
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Knowledge of concrete forming and fabrication techniques
- Skilled in carpentry, including trim carpentry and stucco work
- Capable of heavy lifting and working on construction sites
