Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn while contributing to various construction projects. This role involves working with a variety of tools and equipment, as well as collaborating with other team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
As a Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in remodeling projects, including demolition and restoration tasks.
- Operating heavy equipment safely and effectively as needed.
- Utilizing hand tools for various construction activities.
- Performing construction painting and drywall installation or repair.
- Reading and interpreting schematics for project execution.
- Assisting with electrical installations under supervision.
- Engaging in hardscape projects, including paving and landscaping tasks.
- Participating in concrete forming and pouring processes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in remodeling or construction environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using hand tools relevant to construction tasks.
- Knowledge of drywall installation, painting techniques, and electrical work is a plus.
- Understanding of hardscape principles and concrete forming processes is beneficial.
