Construction Laborer with Concrete Focus

D & K Solutions is currently seeking reliable Concrete Construction Laborers to join our growing Manufactured Housing contracting Company. The Concrete Construction Laborer will participate in all phases of concrete construction for the installation of manufactured housing and will report directly to the Concrete Construction Crew Lead. D & K Solutions will provide training and is committed to career development of their employees who demonstrates a strong work ethic, superior problem-solving skills and has the ability to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities of Construction Technician include, but are not limited to:

· Layout site for foundation

· Ability to operate Heavy Equipment, excavator, backhoe, and skid steer.

· Must be willing to do manual labor shoveling, digging, pushing, wheelbarrows or anything else required to complete the job.

· Build and align formwork systems for slabs, sidewalks, and driveways.

· Finish concrete using hand tools.

· Operating power equipment, demo saws, etc..

Preferred Experience

· Concrete construction

· Concrete finishing

· Heavy Equipment

Qualifications

· Ability to meet attendance with dependability and consistency.

· Ability to troubleshoot, reason and solve problems.

· Ability to communicate in English; written and verbal.

· Understand and execute instructions, work safety policies and procedures.

· Must be able to work Monday thru Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience:

• Concrete finishing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
