We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Equipment Greaser to join our team. This role involves traveling to various job sites to grease and maintain heavy equipment, ensuring all machinery operates efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for greasing equipment, replacing air filters, and keeping up with basic equipment maintenance.
As an Equipment Greaser, you will be expected to work independently, handling tasks without direct supervision. You will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions, so the ability to handle the elements is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to different job sites to grease heavy machinery and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including changing air filters and inspecting equipment for any required repairs.
- Maintain a consistent schedule and report on the status of equipment.
- Safely and effectively use grease guns and other maintenance tools.
- Keep track of inventory for necessary tools and parts.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- no experience necessary, we can train you.
- Basic knowledge of jobsite and roadway safety.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintenance.
