What You Will Do
• Participate in construction site activities, including job layout, shoveling, raking, sweeping, and traffic control
• Operate small equipment, such as blowers, saws, compactors, and jack hammers, under the guidance of a foreperson
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Preferably have previous construction or physical job experience
• Be able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) if required
• Be physically fit to perform tasks that require standing, squatting, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
