- Prepare taxes for accountant
- Payroll
- Prepare reports for the managers.
- Answer Phones
- Enter Service calls In our System
- Bank Reconciliation
- Vehicle renewals & State inspections/filings
- Sales tax
- Deposits
- Help with Accounts Receivable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
