D'Leon Consulting Engineers is seeking a Construction Manager in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Owners representative in all matters related to the project. Oversee and manage all project staff, daily field and office activities, and all ancillary functions of the project.
- Support executive management of the project.
- Monitor project schedule and budget. Report as required to Executive leadership.
- Manage project in such a manner as to maintain quality, schedule, and budget.
- Assist in the oversight of all engineering, construction, quality, safety, environmental, third party, and community outreach functions.
- Represent the community and with public agencies. Maintain the project safety culture and provide oversight to ensure zero loss time incidents on the project.
- Protect the interest of the traveling public at all times.
- Ensure conformance with all contract documents.
- Perform constructability review and provide comment on design packages.
