What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Automotive Tech - Four Stars Ford position at D&M Auto Leasing?
Four Stars Ford is seeking an experienced technician to join our expanding team. We will be relocating to a brand new air-conditioned facility and need to enhance our team!
- 1-3 years’ experience in Automotive Repair
- Import experience is a definite plus,
- General automotive experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Effectively manage time to meet and exceed company-set metrics and goals
- Positive, Self-motivated, with a high sense of urgency, goal-oriented, and with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Pass a Background Check and Drug Test
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong desire to work independently
- Implement and adhere to internal policies and procedures
- Prioritize effectively to maximize production time
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
